This study focuses on classifying psychopaths as criminals, focusing on their behavior and involvement in crimes. Psychopaths are often described as transpersonal with symptoms related to lack of empathy, violence, criminality, manipulation, cruelty and self-centeredness. They are considered psychopaths based on their actions and participation in crimes. Psychopathy is a complex aspect of human thought, with psychiatric professionals struggling to accurately characterize and treat these individuals. The PCL-R test is a widely used tool to assess psychopathological traits, but the search for effective interventions for psychopaths is still a constant field of study. The main objectives of this study are to analyze the psychopath's disorder and his psychological condition, investigating its peculiarities and behavioral manifestations. The objectives include: a) describe the psychopath and their main characteristics; b) understand the relationship between psychopaths and criminals; c) understand empathy and society; e) evaluate psychopathic traits in society; e) evaluate the efficiency of psychological approaches for changing behavior and controlling aggression.
