This article is about the Impacts of Labor Compliance against the non-competitive employment clause in the Covid-19 pandemic. In this context, the Law 13.467/2017 brings relevant changes in the CLT, which affects the labor relations, as well as the Decree 10.422/2020 that brought relevant points in between important changes with the Labor Reform. This article proposed to analyze the consequences and the measures that the employer can adopt with the Labor Compliance with the employee in the pandemic period, which brought alterations in working hours and salary. In this sense, rules and controls are necessary for the companies to take an upright posture with good habits and also to contribute to the many possible occurrences of illicit and unethical acts, which affect the labor relation and bring opportunities for the competitor to manipulate employees with the means to exploit the company’s internal norms. To attaint this goals, the analyses was made with a deductive method lined in bibliographical research, through books, scientific articles, laws and facts told by companies that operate in the retail market. It was concluded that the outlines of the Labor Compliance help the company to create strategies and to organize their activities with juridical insurance before employment conflicts when the employee works in another establishment of the same area, during the legal Contract.
