This article addresses the impacts of labor reform on companies and the health of employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this context, Law 13,467/2017 brought changes that aim to provide greater flexibility in labor relations, as well as the regulation of relevant work that emerged in the new scenario. This article aims to analyze the impacts of the reform and the mental health of employees, which has led to significant changes in the social and economic spheres. In this understanding, control and collaboration of both are essential for the survival of companies and affect job creation. To achieve these objectives, a deductive method was used, based on bibliographic research, through books, scientific articles, laws and facts reported by companies that follow Compliance programs. It is concluded that e-social develops control and organization for companies to expand their activities with legal certainty and the emotional factor has significantly impacted psychological telecare services that affect productivity in the work environment of companies.
