The research addresses the impacts of digitalization on the mental health of teachers and students in the educational context, exploring how the adoption of technologies can affect emotional balance and the quality of education. The investigated problem focuses on the challenges posed by the digital era, such as information overload, technological dependence, and difficulties in adapting to new educational tools, which exacerbate cases of anxiety, burnout, and other psychological issues. The main objectives include identifying technological factors that negatively influence psychological well-being, analyzing pedagogical practices that promote emotional balance, and proposing strategies to minimize the negative impacts of digitalization in the school environment. To achieve these objectives, the research adopts a qualitative approach, with an analysis of scientific literature on the topic. The results indicate that, while technology brings benefits such as expanded access to education and the promotion of autonomy, its unregulated use intensifies emotional problems and hinders social interaction in the school environment. Teachers report challenges in dealing with increased workloads and a lack of adequate support, while students face difficulties in concentration, stress, and isolation. The conclusion highlights the need to balance technological integration with strategies that promote emotional well-being. Suggested practices include the inclusion of conscious digital education, disconnected breaks, psychological support, and continuous training for teachers. These actions aim to transform technology into an ally, ensuring an innovative, inclusive, and emotionally healthy educational environment. The research emphasizes that success in the digital era depends on a collective effort among schools, managers, and families to balance innovation and mental health.
