The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of tea tree oil, highlighting its benefits in fighting bacterial infections and treating acne lesions. The study is a literature review conducted between 1990 and 2024, using relevant sources such as scientific articles, the Statute of Children and Adolescents and guidelines of the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics. It is important to use the oil correctly and under professional guidance to avoid adverse reactions and ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
