Abstract

This report presents the experience of the Pedagogical Café: Weaving the Web of Curricular Integration, a training intervention aimed at training 18 professionals, including teachers and management staff, in a high school. The training was designed to overcome challenges previously identified through research, such as resistance to integrative pedagogical practices, lack of collaborative planning and lack of ongoing training on curricular integration. During the meeting, activities such as personalized welcome, text reading, playful activities, specifically an interactive game on the topic, and the collective development of an interdisciplinary project were carried out. The results showed a greater understanding of curricular integration among the participants, the development of practical strategies and the strengthening of collaborative work.
