The article discusses relevant aspects related to the course of disabled people in the country with a greater focus in the years 1991, 2000 and 2010, the purpose of this work is to provide a more in depth study on the most pertinent perspectives to the theme, emphasizing both the accessibility which emerges as an effective means for solving the clash between society and people with special needs, as well as inclusive education which promotes distinct gains for the disabled and non-disabled population. In order to obtain the expected results, the methodology used is based on the descriptive-critical method initially, being carried out a bibliographical investigation the observation of Brazilian doctrine and norms in relation to the subject in focus.
