Objective: To analyze and describe the ultrasound findings that indicate pregnancies at risk of miscarriage. Methods: Integrative literature review, that used the PubMed Central (PMC) database, with the search strategy (Ultrasound) AND (First Trimester) AND (Miscarriage) from 2019 to 2024. Results/Bibliographic Review/Experience Report/or/Case Details: The studies show the importance of ultrasound findings in predicting the risk of pregnancy loss, as early as the first trimester. Conclusion/Final Considerations: Therefore, the most relevant findings are fetal cardiac activity and yolk sac measurements. Pointing to greater intentionality in studies that discuss such findings and the correlation with the risk of miscarriage.
