Abstract

The present case study presents methods for improving the logistics sector of a company that manufactures glassware for domestic use. Conducted through research on websites, articles, and books for theoretical grounding, it aims to present theories that contributed to the development of the flow of goods packaging on pallets, distribution of pallets on trucks, and transportation of goods to commerce. In this way, a qualitative approach was used, and presentation through tables was employed to analyze recurring problems affecting the entire logistics sector. The results provided an analysis of the activity flow and the implementation of improvements in the sector.
