This work deals with the optimistic approach towards women in the role of leadership in projects that have a great impact on society. From the establishment and administration of the family to working outside the home, she has shown prominence because in addition to managing interpersonal relationships with excellence, due to her keen sensitivity, she has the unique characteristic of a multifaceted professional. Whether domestic or professional work, when performed by female talent, it leads to a promising path that has the potential for social transformation and it does so, with its governance power that began to be improved at home and expanded to the corporate environment and for social impact entrepreneurship. Its representativeness corroborates with significant results in personal and socioeconomic development, in addition to articulating multiplier mechanisms for social change, integrated by cooperative and solidary actions that lead to greater popular and democratic participation.
