The paper will briefly address the topic of reduction to conditions analogous to slavery, the fact that slavery officially began in Brazil and how it occurs today, the discussion of the study and the existing data on the profile of those rescued in the North region, specifically in the State of Rondônia, the situation in which the victims were rescued, the difficulty in investigating the fact and the joint action of the agencies responsible for repressing crimes and penetration. The general objective of the paper is to demonstrate the rate and forms in which conditions analogous to slavery occur in the State of Rondônia and, specifically: to discuss the determining factors of labor analogous to slavery; to study the profile of victims of conditions analogous to slavery; how the Public Prosecutor's Office acts in the reduction to conditions analogous to slavery in the State of Rondônia. The justification for this work is given, fundamental to the development of this theme, how conditions analogous to slavery developed in Brazil, where 134 years after the approval of the Lei Áurea that abolished slavery in Brazil, there are often cases of labor under conditions analogous to slavery. similar to slavery. Contemporary slave labor is implemented only when the right to freedom is violated. The methodology used was a literature review, using books; articles; publications, electronic journals, published in full text in the Google Scholar databases, Capes Periodicals between 2017 and 2022. Finally, Brazil and the world need effective mechanisms and stricter regulations to repress and combat work in conditions analogous to slavery.
