In the present phase of Endodontics, current means of technique and materials are sought for therapies with the aim of promoting a good prognosis. With regard to teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis and pulp necrosis, new studies demonstrate that pulp revascularization has become a viable alternative for these teeth. The research that was carried out on pulp revascularization is extremely important as it brought an alternative treatment aimed at decontaminating and disinfecting the canal to subsequently stimulate the formation of a clot inside it, which will serve as a framework for stem cells and growth factors, with the intention of continuing root development mainly in the apical direction, which can reduce possible permanent damage capable of tooth loss. Thus, this analysis aimed to demonstrate, based on a literature review, that this pulp therapy is a favorable choice for the treatment of teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis and pulp necrosis. To better understand this study, searches were carried out in the Pubmed, Google Scholar and Scielo databases over the last fifteen years. Based on this, it was possible to conclude that with this theoretical foundation, pulp revascularization is the first choice therapy in the treatment of immature necrotic teeth.
