Professor Silke Weber from UFPE, CNE/CES Advisor, in her article entitled; How and where to train teachers: Spaces in conflict presents with great aptitude the place given to teacher training in educational legislation, highlighting elements that intervened in the transition from indicating the formal level required to the concern with the very core of training, to be carried out at a higher level.
