Abstract

This scientific article aims to demonstrate the relevance of mediation and conciliation in resolving conflicts, promoting social justice and equitable access to the justice system. The research highlights how these methods can provide faster and more satisfactory solutions compared to traditional litigation, reducing the burden on the justice system. The article concludes with recommendations to expand the training of mediators and increase the dissemination of these alternatives, with the aim of promoting a culture of non-violent conflict resolution.
