Bullying and cyberbullying are harmful behaviors that have significant impacts on the lives of victims and can cause serious consequences from both an emotional and legal point of view. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the impact of Law 14.811/2024, against bullying and cyberbullying in educational spaces, and to identify the sanctions applicable in the civil and criminal liability of aggressors and others involved in this type of violence. Through bibliographical research and case law, we will learn about the legal consequences of this practice and what the current legal understanding in Brazil is regarding the accountability of those involved in this conduct. We will understand the role of society in preventing and combating bullying or cyberbullying in educational institutions. In addition, we will learn about the legal foundations that support the civil and criminal liability of this practice in educational spaces. It is hoped that this work can provide support for strengthening legal measures to care for and confront bullying and cyberbullying in educational spaces.
