Abstract
The article seeks to contribute to the discussions about the re - signification of work in the contemporary world. Through this affirmation, we set out with our concerns, supported by the diversity of practices facing the usual capitalist system. Although we live in an age in which relations, said to be fragile by a Baumanian liquidity, still remain the same vestiges described in the world of work since the mid-nineteenth century. The objective of the research is to analyze the signs of the omnipresence of the market, linked to the initiatives of collectives / companies operating in the Slow Fashion, Movement in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre. Through a bibliographical research and interview, we arrive at the partial conclusion of the research, which corroborates with the understanding that these new organizations have characteristics of solidarity in their essence, but there may still be processes of inclusion that may be exclusive, and perhaps, even unconsciously, contribute with some reproduction of capitalist discipline.
