Abstract

In the current context, marked by a complex interconnection of social, economic and cultural challenges, public security has emerged as a central topic of debate in societies around the world. As communities face challenges related to violence, crime and lack of access to effective protection mechanisms, full citizenship is put to the test, requiring solutions that go beyond traditional interventions.
