This article examines the contribution of the Electronic Judicial Process (PJe) to the democratization of access to justice in the digital age, while also highlighting the challenges arising from digital exclusion. The study explores how the digitization of the judicial system has brought significant advancements, such as overcoming geographical and bureaucratic barriers, making access to justice more agile and efficient. However, the research points out that digital exclusion poses new difficulties, particularly for vulnerable populations lacking adequate access to the internet, electronic devices, or the technical knowledge to use digital platforms. These limitations create a new obstacle to accessing justice, replacing traditional barriers with technological challenges. The article concludes that to promote a truly inclusive and socially equitable justice system, it is essential to implement public policies that address digital exclusion, ensuring that all individuals can access the judicial system fully and effectively, regardless of their economic or social status. The research adopts a bibliographic methodology, based on studies and publications on the topic.
