This article aimed to analyze the contribution of interdisciplinary technical visits in the holistic education of students in the integrated technical high school courses at IFAP – Porto Grande Agricultural Campus. Methodologically, a qualitative exploratory approach was adopted. The research methods involved bibliographic research, document analysis, content analysis, and the retrieval of records of actions promoted by the institution between January 2022 and December 2023. During the evaluated period, 10 interdisciplinary technical visits were conducted. The data were presented and discussed in light of the conceptual foundations that underpin the research object. It was found that technical visits are a teaching tool that successfully integrates concepts of interdisciplinarity, holistic education, non-formal spaces, and meaningful learning. Therefore, they are essential methodological resources in Professional and Technological Education (PTE), as they contribute to the holistic education of students within the scope of the omnilaterality of the integrated technical high school courses at IFAP – Porto Grande Agricultural Campus. At the end, it was suggested some measures to make technical visits a regulated procedure with a standardized workflow for this campus of the Federal Institute of Amapá.
