Abstract

The discussion of advisory and service delivery in the areas of family agriculture and solidarity economy represent something new and challenging for social service in Brazil. This issue has become even more relevant in the current scenario because it is inserted in the strategic actions of the sphere of public social policies of the country. In this context, this article presents important questions about the professional intervention of the social worker and establishes a relationship between the traditional characteristics and the emerging demands of this professional field, in family agriculture and solidarity economy.
