Introduction: Paget's disease is a chronic condition that affects bone remodeling, leading to abnormal bone size and weakness. Its relationship with heart failure, a condition in which the heart cannot pump blood effectively, has gained increasing attention in recent decades. Studies suggest that hemodynamic changes resulting from Paget's disease may impact the cardiovascular system, exacerbating heart failure. The interconnection between these conditions raises questions about how inflammation and hemodynamic overload influence not only bone health but also cardiovascular health. Understanding these interactions is crucial for the clinical management of affected patients. Objective: To explore the relationship between Paget's disease and heart failure, focusing on its rheumatological and cardiovascular implications. Methodology: The methodology adopted the PRISMA checklist to conduct the review. The PubMed, Scielo and Web of Science databases were used, with the inclusion of articles published in the last ten years. The five descriptors used were "Paget's disease", "heart failure", "rheumatology", "cardiovascular health" and "bone remodeling". Inclusion criteria consisted of studies that addressed the relationship between Paget's disease and heart failure, peer-reviewed articles, and research that provided relevant clinical data. Exclusion criteria included unrelated studies, non-peer-reviewed publications and review articles without original data. Results: The results indicated that Paget's disease can lead to significant cardiovascular complications, with evidence that cardiac hypertrophy and hemodynamic alterations are frequently present in affected patients. In addition, a correlation was observed between systemic inflammation and the progression of heart failure, suggesting that the management of Paget's disease could benefit the control of cardiac conditions. Conclusion: The interrelationship between Paget's disease and heart failure has important implications both rheumatological and cardiovascular. The recognition of cardiac complications in patients with Paget's disease is essential to optimize treatment and improve the quality of life of these individuals. Keywords: Paget's disease. Heart failure. Rheumatology. Cardiovascular health and bone remodeling.
