The article explores a series of themes based on the logic of private management of scarce resources with the help of praxeology, economic theory, political science and economic analysis of law. Initially, it analyzes the way in which the incentives of private property were fundamental for man to escape the Malthusian trap and for the formation of the family nucleus, dissects the way in which environmental problems, such as the extinction of species, were solved or mitigated by private management, ultimately, addresses state intervention and its effects on the right to property, as well as clarifies the concept of time preference and its impacts on social development.
