Abstract

Technology is in all areas of society, from health to education, from the family to the social environment, in all social layers, there is no way not to come across an imposing technological reality. Human beings need to deal with advances in technological resources, understanding their uses and obstacles, being aware of the barriers created by a tool that is established as something that brings people and worlds together. This article aims to analyze the challenges encountered with technological inclusion in education. To this end, a bibliographical survey was carried out with the purpose of substantiating the data obtained through a semi-structured questionnaire, with twenty-four questions that were asked to two elementary school teachers, one from the private school system and the other from the public school system. Contact was made via WhatsApp. Through the data presented, we can observe that there are many challenges to be overcome by education professionals, whether personal, social or structural at the school. However, there is recognition that technologies have positive points that facilitate the learning process. In this way, it is understood that dealing with the obstacles of daily professional life is necessary for the common good of the school community.
