This article is dedicated to analyzing the importance of internships in the training of Law course teachers, bringing as a backdrop the legal norms that guide the federal scope, which represent important regulatory frameworks for the insertion of graduates into the job market, establishing guidelines for carrying out internships in different sectors, including in the legal field, with the specificities of interns' work in Special Civil Courts, considering less complex procedural demands and the need for technical-legal support for effective judicial provision. In addition to addressing issues related to the supervision of interns, their participation in conciliation and mediation hearings, and their role in promoting access to justice. Finally, reflections are presented on the benefits and challenges of using interns in Special Civil Courts, highlighting the importance of adequate training and responsible monitoring of these students, as well as the potential of these experiences for the professional and academic development of future legal practitioners.
