The study's theme is the use of technology in education from the point of view of teachers' actions. With the aim of investigating the importance of training education professionals, specifically, teachers who use digital technology tools. The main focus was to investigate the impacts of the insertion of digital technology on the work dynamics and performance of teachers. It recognized that the use of technology in school environments is still a controversial topic because it brings to light many problems faced by the lack of resources present in education in Brazil and inexperience. Schools need to be prepared to accept such resources effectively, seeking to meet the needs of students. The introduction of technology into school environments presents countless challenges for teachers, as they are responsible for introducing technology into the teaching and learning process. Regarding the methodology, the research used based on a bibliographical review, has a qualitative research approach method, through the deductive approach method. The central questions of this study based on the lack of knowledge and depth of understanding of these tools and the lack of investment on the part of the responsible institutions. It concluded that there is a need for greater investment in education and that the use of technologies are important learning tools.
