The present study seeks to demonstrate how the educational process took place through remote teaching, imposed by health measures in the Covid-19 pandemic, mediated by information and communication technologies. To this end, the methodology used was qualitative and exploratory-descriptive regarding its objectives. Furthermore, we also seek to highlight the difficulties in pedagogical practices resulting from the sudden transition from face-to-face teaching to remote teaching, considering the use of technological tools in a world increasingly dominated by technology, which has been bringing major transformations in all segments of society. The use of technologies in education during the pandemic highlighted social inequalities. In this way, it implied the impairment of learning caused by the lack not only of these technologies, but also of the specific knowledge inherent to technological resources.
