This work gathers basic material on research and scientific information, related to the importance of blended learning, which is also called hybrid, mixed or b-learning teaching. It can be defined as an education model formed by more than one type of teaching, which integrates face-to-face and distance learning, usually using technology. The purpose of this format is to take advantage of the benefits of face-to-face and digital teaching, while minimizing their disadvantages. So this article will talk about important items for its functionality. It is known that a corporate education program created in the blended learning model has more benefits for everyone, such as increased efficiency, mobility and the possibility of personalizing teaching.
