This article was carried out through a bibliographic study based on "Playfulness used as a learning strategy in early childhood education", with the general objective of understanding playfulness as a didactic strategy in the teaching-learning process for early childhood education. In order to present a theoretical basis through authors such as Kishimoto (2013), Santos (2012), Ariès (1981), and others. With the collection of data and the purpose in studies that present playfulness as a didactic resource in early childhood education, as a pedagogical strategy, and that promotes benefits in the teaching-learning process of children.
