DISTANCE EDUCATION: SOLUTION TO CHALLENGES IN TRAINING PROFESSIONALS FOR THE LEGAL HOUSING PROGRAM OF THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF PERNAMBUCO, DURING THE PANDEMIC PERIOD: EXPERIENCE REPORT

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, people are forced to work remotely. Given the reality, the Corregedoria Geral da Justiça, do Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco, has to look for mechanisms that guarantee the full development of the work of the Legal Moradia Program, for property regularization, which was just starting. To begin with, the Court made available technological tools that make it possible to hold online meetings. Subsequently, a system developed by CNJ makes it possible to carry out courses. Strategies that will be shown are fundamental so that the Program does not provide a continuity solution. The result presented by the numbers confirms the success of the Program, despite two challenges posed by the lockdown in the operation of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this work develops a descriptive study with the objective of making a reflection about the use of remote technologies and strategies during the period of social isolation, endorsing the maintenance of the Legal Moradia Program.
