The objective of this article was to address the importance of inserting technological methods within the educational environment. To this end, interviews were conducted with educators from various specializations in order to understand how technologies are being adopted in the pedagogical environment and identify challenges with the aim of to design solutions for these. It is concluded that the relationship between technology and education is complex and requires efforts from everyone involved in the pedagogical process so that there is a complementarity between institutes to ensure inclusive and fair access to education.
