This study aims to analyze a compliance system with facts to reduce corporate risks. For this reason, the general objective of this work is to analyze the regulatory compliance system and its usefulness in mitigating corporate risks in a hospital management company. Furthermore, the specific objectives are: to describe the organization's system of internal standards; evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's practical standards and recommend compliance practices to prevent non-conformities and corporate risks. To achieve these objectives, bibliographical and empirical research was used as a methodology, using a qualitative and quantitative approach, to obtain data on facts that occur in the organization. After carrying out this, it was found that some health professionals do not comply with the established standards and procedures, generating patient dissatisfaction with medical care, due to the lack of attendance, punctuality and humanization. Therefore, recommendations were necessary to adopt compliance practices in order to ensure compliance, ethics, transparency and efficiency in the company's operation, elevating the importance of a compliance program to minimize legal and ethical risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services quality to your patients.
