Given the great growth of the real estate funds (FII's) market, the scope of this research was to carry out a study on the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on logistics FII's during the years 2020 and 2021. Data on the values of shares and income distributed by the five most representative FIIs of the Real Estate Funds Index (IFIX) of that sector, with the aim of analyzing and comparing with the period of two previous years, that is, the pre-pandemic period. After analysis, it was found that there was a negative impact on the value of the quotas, which became more evident in March 2020, the month in which the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the pandemic. On the other hand, it can also be seen that the dividends distributed, except for those for specific reasons unrelated to the pandemic, remained practically constant, which denotes the robustness of the sector.
