This work has as objective demonstrates that the way to evaluate the students thought the actual model can´t be seen as truth without question on the considerations about the education quality. Through a bibliographic revision, the study will be described on the bases about the references that work with this theme on the Brazilian education, considering the author’s books that talk about the inclusion and the legislation. In addition, we consider that there is no alignment between the discourses and the practice about the singularity of the students, since the legislation don´t express the reality of the education.
