Abstract

This study addresses the importance of digital marketing and social media in promoting veterinary services, emphasizing the need for effective strategies to reach and retain clients. The research investigates how strategic use of social media in veterinary medicine can facilitate effective communication among veterinarians, pet owners, and the community at large, contributing to disseminating information about veterinary care, marketing of veterinary services and products, remote support, and professional collaboration. Additionally, it analyzes the benefits of digital marketing tools in veterinary practice and the possible strategies professionals can adopt on social media, including educational promotion. The methodology used is descriptive and qualitative, based on a literature review that includes research from academic databases and analysis of related lectures and videos.
