Being born and growing up in the city and, with the city, provides young children with interactions, experiences and learning that are inseparable from their development as subjects, as citizens. The objective was to promote qualitative experiences in city spaces as an educational mechanism for the comprehensive training of young children. The experiences and activities developed were planned to contextualize the city's stories and spaces, yesterday and today, as well as expanding knowledge, participating in its goods and services and promoting feelings of belonging and social protagonism. The city as an educator brought knowledge and intentional interactions of democratization and socialization to the development of children.
