This integrative review article seeks to discuss Special and Inclusive Education in Brazil, knowing the diversity present in the national educational scenario, through this integration, it reveals itself in an important theme to be discussed in national Public Policies. It considers aspects related to the development and learning of the person with a PwD disability, it implies thinking about the resources that will be necessary for a quality education. It involves everything from teacher training to even preparing the physical space, to thinking about carrying out the work in educational institutions in accordance with the Laws of Guidelines and Bases of National Basic Education. The purpose of this work is to bring other educational realities from other Brazilian regions, highlight important aspects of the routine experienced, important aspects when it comes to Inclusive Education, based on a research of articles by other authors, which shows how the Specialized Educational Service is worked and can contribute to quality education based on work that considers the specificities of each student. Therefore, it addresses the scenario of inclusive education in Brazil and reports some comments on the articles on the subject to successfully show the reality in the political and educational context.
