Recognizing the increased incidence of cardiovascular diseases among young people, the importance of identifying and intervening early on cardiovascular risk factors is highlighted. Assessment of risk factors includes a variety of measures, such as assessment of lipid profile, blood pressure, body mass index and lifestyle habits. Early prevention strategies include interventions aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, health education and public policies that encourage environments favorable to cardiovascular health. The integration of multidisciplinary approaches is emphasized as crucial to addressing the social, cultural and economic determinants of young people's cardiovascular health. Furthermore, the importance of ongoing research and evaluation of prevention programs to inform future interventions and ensure their long-term effectiveness is highlighted. The study highlights the need for a comprehensive and coordinated approach to preventing cardiovascular disease in young populations, aiming to improve cardiovascular health and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease in society.
