It is known that teachers must analyze their practices and content in order to contribute to the training of students, since it is essential that the Physical Education teacher seeks different methods that help in the progress of teaching, thus developing consistent planning to face the challenges of discipline in schools. The main objective of the research is to debate the importance of school Physical Education in the training of students, seeking to contribute to the teaching-learning process, with specific objectives such as the description of school Physical Education and its historical context, identification of the principles of the discipline and its influence on social transformation, the role of the teacher in the comprehensive training of students, analysis of the legal bases of school Physical Education, pedagogical-social approaches and how they contribute to the training of individuals. The practice of Physical Education in schools contributes significantly to the social change of students, through the collective construction of knowledge and relevant content. Furthermore, it promotes satisfaction and pleasure, stimulating new discoveries and raising awareness about the importance of body.
