The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a global health and economic crisis, demanding the rapid implementation of strategies to contain the spread of the virus. Among these strategies, social distancing has emerged as a fundamental measure adopted by authorities around the world. This study had the general objective of analyzing the repercussions of social distancing on the lives of quilombola adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative approach, the daily activities of adolescents, their coping strategies, the difficulties faced and the prevalence of depressive signs were investigated. The results revealed a significant reduction in daily activities, the use of various adaptation strategies, challenges related to the scarcity of basic resources and a high incidence of depressive symptoms among participants. These findings highlight the urgent need for public policies and targeted interventions to support the mental health and well-being of quilombola adolescents during times of crisis.
