Premature oral aging is a complex condition that occurs when teeth show signs of aging before the expected age. This condition can affect people of different ages, but is more common in young adults. There are several factors that can contribute to premature oral aging, such as sleep quality, psychiatric disorders, eating habits and gastroesophageal reflux disease. The signs and symptoms of premature oral aging, as well as the treatment, may vary according to the cause of the condition. In some cases, treatment may occur through dental procedures, in other cases, with the association of a health professional, in the treatment. In view of the above, the question is: how to diagnose Premature Oral Aging and relate the risk factors to the oral manifestations caused by the disease? The general objective of this work aims to contextualize the relationship between the oral clinical manifestations of EPB and the risk factors that lead to the disease. The specific objectives are: To identify the most common oral clinical manifestations of EPB; to point out the risk factors and show their relationships, describing the most common oral manifestations associated with EPB, and to distinguish the main risk factors that are associated with the development of these manifestations. Therefore, a bibliographic research was carried out through a literature review on the topic "Premature oral aging". Research on EPB is a field in constant evolution, new studies are being carried out to identify risk factors early, develop new treatments and improve the diagnosis of EPB, and the expected results of this research on the topic are the identification and understanding of the factors that contribute to the development of EPB; improvements in the diagnosis of EPB and contributing to the development of new treatments for EPB.
