This study addresses the contemporary challenges in managing metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome, and explores integrated strategies and personalized therapies to tackle them. The literature review reveals a multifaceted complexity in these conditions, influenced by genetic, environmental, and behavioral factors. Emerging integrated strategies combine pharmacological interventions with lifestyle changes, patient education programs, and remote health monitoring. Personalized therapies based on biomarkers aim to optimize therapeutic efficacy and minimize adverse effects. Digital technologies, such as mobile applications and monitoring devices, provide additional support. Interdisciplinary collaboration and the promotion of equity in access to care are paramount. This study underscores the need for comprehensive, patient-centered approaches in managing metabolic diseases, aiming to improve treatment outcomes and patients' quality of life.
