PERSPECTIVE OF ACADEMIC COURSES ON THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT COURSE OF A UNIVERSITY IN PARANÁ IN RELATION TO A GRADUATION AND THEIR FUTURE PERFORMANCE AFTER COLLEGE GRADUATION

This research highlights the possible fields of action for secretarial professionals and the contributions of the Bachelor in Executive Secretariat course to this end. In this sense, the general objective of this work was to identify the perspectives of the students of the Executive Secretariat course at the State University of the Midwest - UNICENTRO, aiming to understand their expectations regarding graduation and the professional future within the training area through a research of field where questionnaires were applied with questionnaires with closed questions on a likert scale and open via Google forms, to academics of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of UNICENTRO's Executive Secretariat. To deepen the study theme, bibliographic research was used as a way to draw an overview of the Executive Secretariat course and also documentary research, through the analysis of the Pedagogical Project of the Course, as a way to characterize the proposed research course. From the data collected and analyzed, it was observed that the future prospects for the performance of the Secretariat professional are positive and there is a pretension to continue in this field, and the areas of greatest interest in acting in decreasing order of choice were advisory, followed by management, entrepreneurship and consultancy, respectively.
