This scientific article proposes an in-depth analysis of the application of Edgar Morin's "Sixth Knowledge" concept in the context of the training of professionals in Education, Management, and Technology, especially within the scope of Academic Master's programs. It involves a qualitative, interpretative, and exploratory literature review aimed at investigating how Morin's interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach can enhance the understanding and practice of these professionals, considering the intrinsic complexity of their fields. We explore the applicability of the sixth knowledge in developing educational management skills and in the effective integration of technology into the educational process. Additionally, we analyze the potential impacts on the training of educators and managers to address contemporary challenges in education. In conclusion, this article provides valuable contributions to enhance Academic Master's programs, proposing a more integrated and contextualized approach to training professionals capable of dealing with the complexities of the educational, managerial, and technological landscape.
