The teaching-learning process was abruptly impacted in the personal, educational, professional and social spheres due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, with the imperative of social distancing, imposing a rapid transition from face-to-face activities to the virtual scenario. This metamorphosis highlighted technology as an essential tool to ensure the continuity of access to education, promoting a series of challenges to the new teaching-learning model. The new Information and Communication Technologies have become part of the educational praxis, aiming at the construction of knowledge, transforming the pedagogical methodology in practice. The process of conception, transformation and execution of new technologies in the Educational System through ICTs, raised challenges and speed in leading the student to knowledge, impacting on social and cultural development, transporting student and teacher to the globalized world with an integrative perspective. The teacher mediating the new educational processes, integrating the new technologies, creating new knowledge, unveiling new cultures and values for their students. The process required competence and commitment to the new teaching model, transforming the demands and complexities into motivation for knowledge.
