Literature and theater have very close arts, as one is an extension of the other as in a symbiosis, considering that literature, through skillfully intertwined words, offers a window to the imagination, allowing readers to explore fictional worlds , immerse yourself in emotional experiences and understand the complexity of the human condition. Theater, in turn, takes the narrative to a more visceral level, providing a unique experience of communication between artists and audience. In this way, theater involves live representation, allowing stories to come to life, providing an immediate and intense connection with spectators. Therefore, the symbiosis between literature and theater becomes an important mechanism for maintaining the culture of a given region, as well as building the identity of the subjects. Thus, this article aims to present the dramatic theatrical text by the writer João de Jesus Paes Loureiro, Cutia De Ouro based on the characteristics of the theatrical elements, plot, space and time and character and analyze how the author presents the mythical imaginary in your work. The methodology used was qualitative bibliographical research, to obtain knowledge about the object of study.
