Abstract

With the social isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, schools had to administer distance learning classes – EAD, a fact that revealed how many people were taught technology and the use of the Internet in schools. Teachers did not have the necessary knowledge to deal with the platforms developed for on-line teaching and did not have a teaching methodology available for that new situation; The students, many of them, didn't even have a computer or tablet, many attended classes on cell phones, even when they had Internet at home and the parents were lost, powerless to help their children. The question raised by this article was whether since the pandemic there any improvement in the use of technology in schools had been. Search it has shown that there has been a small improvement post-pandemic in terms of Internet access and the use of technology, but that there is still a lot to be done to provide access to everyone.
