INCLUSIVE LEARNING: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE SCHOOL SPACE

This article aimed to explore inclusive learning cultures and examine the challenges and opportunities associated with the school space. Focusing on challenges, we addressed physical and attitudinal barriers that often hinder the full access of students with special needs. To achieve this goal, our research adopted a qualitative approach, based on a literature review of academic sources and reflections on inclusive pedagogical practices. In our final considerations, we recapitulated the main points discussed in the article and also emphasized the importance of creating an inclusive culture in schools.
