The pandemic had a profound impact on companies due to isolation measures and business closures. The objective is to research the influence of the pandemic period, in order to portray the impact on the market. Identifying decision-making in crisis management. The research also examines how companies faced these challenges in order to avoid closure. The results show that the pandemic changed the demand pattern, increased price instability and affected delivery times. Many companies have had to adapt and innovate.
