The primary objective is to contribute to the debate on the protection of users' personal data, providing valuable insights into the need for effective measures to guarantee the privacy and security of collected data. The article emphasizes the urgency of rigorous supervision to prevent possible abuses and violations of the law, considering the legal and ethical implications involved. By exploring the intersection between compliance, data protection and supervision, the research seeks not only to identify existing challenges, but also to propose proactive solutions to strengthen the integrity of information systems in banking institutions, thus promoting a safer and more reliable environment for employees. customers and users in general.
