Abstract

This article sought to analyze the narratives of identity on the social perspective of gender, taking into account educational reflections. The work sought to analyze the contemporary concepts of identity and diversity by understanding the narratives about them, offering a reflection on the challenges faced by individuals who do not fit into the traditional norms of identity. The importance of understanding and respecting the diversity of experiences within the spectrum of gender identity is highlighted. Analyzing the role of education in promoting inclusion, deconstruction of stigmas and formation of more open and tolerant attitudes. The analysis deepens the understanding of identity, examining how social norms shape individual and collective perceptions. At the same time, it explores the fluidity of gender identities challenging tradition. In conclusion, the article highlights the importance of accepting and respecting the diversity of gender identities and expressions of sexuality, highlighting the urgency of a more inclusive approach in society, emphasizing the importance of promoting a culture that celebrates the diversity of gender identities and sexual orientations.
